By downloading, installing, or using the OpenHouseDX application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
You agree to use OpenHouseDX strictly for lawful real estate business purposes. You must not use the application to collect personal information deceptively, harass individuals, or violate any regional telemarketing or spam laws.
You are solely responsible for all content, properties, and leads you manage within the application.
OpenHouseDX is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind. In no event shall OpenHouseDX, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We are not liable for data loss. Because the application is local-first, it is your responsibility to regularly backup your device or enable secure cloud synchronization.
OpenHouseDX Premium is offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
